Warranty & Returns

All our products come with manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. J Daniels Home Furnishings will repair or replace any piece of furniture, which is defective in material or workmanship.

If you need to claim a warranty for a manufacturing defect for an item(s) you received, please email to [email protected] and include your Order/Invoice # and pictures of the issue. Our service Department will reply within 2 business days with the proposed solution.

We require a minimum of 2 pictures of your product. Please ensure we have the following pictures to prevent delays in processing your claim:

  • Overall photo of the product (at least 1 m far from the product).
  • Photo of the issue being claimed.
  • Clear pictures of the entire box and packaging (incase of receiving a damaged product).

Accidental or incidental damage, abuse, misuse, negligence and discoloration from light or sunlight will not be covered under this manufacturer warranty. Natural wear of fabrics may occur over time and are not considered manufacturing defects. The foam padding in some furniture can shrink. This is characteristic of certain types of foam and will not be considered defective.

Warranty does not apply if you damage your product while putting it together or if you do not put it together correctly, resulting in damage later.

Please note, with natural products such as wood or leather, some imperfections can be expected and are not considered a defect.

All mattresses and boxsprings come with a warranty through the specific manufacturer. We will repair or replace the item should a defect in workmanship or materials occur.

Returns Policy

Our Return policy lasts for 15 days from the day of your delivery.

A hassle-free return that lasts for 15 days from the date of receiving the product. If 15 days have gone by since receiving the product, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

A receipt or proof of purchase is a must to return any product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For unopened returns, there is a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for transportation back to our warehouse. If the customer wants us to Pick up there will be a $50 + tax Pickup fee deducted from your refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to damage or wrong items delivered, you should notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange, replace, or repair the items accordingly as soon as possible, upon presentation of the original receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Mattresses, mattress protectors, Pillows, Boxspring, Custom-made items & Sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How to cancel my order? You may cancel your order anytime before the product leaves our warehouse for a full refund (this is likely to be within 24 hours of you placing the order) by contacting us. If you cancel your order after the product has left our warehouse, we will deduct the shipping and return shipping charges.

Other details about your orders with us

Please check your merchandise and sign in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate that your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage.

If the product arrives in damaged condition, you should not accept delivery of the product that has been shipped. In case there is any damage discovered after taking the product out of its packaging, it is your responsibility to notify us regarding the damage within 48 hours of accepting delivery. When notifying us about this issue, you must send us a picture of the actual damage via email so we can assess what needs to be done.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All sales are final. Items can only be replaced due to damage while shipping or missing parts.
