Delivery & Assembly

To ensure that you have a great shopping experience,

Our local delivery agent will contact you and schedule a date and time of your convenience to deliver your order. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a delivery attempt notification with further details will be issued. In some cases, this can cause delays and we are not responsible for any inconveniences that this may cause.

Delivery does not include assembly which could be added as an extra service.

When you place an order online, we will contact you prior to the delivery day in order to update you with the delivery date and timeframe. Alternatively, you can call in at 416-519-9927

Zone 1: (1 -> 2 weeks)

Zone 2: (1 -> 3 weeks)

Ajax, Arthur, Aurora, Aylmer, Brant, Caledon, Chatham, Grand Bend, Hamilton, Ingersoll, Listowel, London, Newmarket, Niagara, Orangeville, Oshawa, Pickering, Simcoe, St Catharines, St Thomas, Stratford, Tavistock, Tottenham, Waterford, Windsor, Woodstock.

 

Delivery Options:

Drop-off:

Our “Drop-off” Delivery is usually a one-man on the truck delivery

 

Our third-party standard shipping is the curbside or front door of your building.
If you live in an apartment, this will be the main door of your apartment complex.
If you live in a house, this will be curbside or the front door of your house. 
We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.

If you would prefer to have our delivery team deliver your new furniture upstairs and/or inside your home, please contact our service team. They will upgrade the shipping option for you.

Premium Service:

Premium delivery service such as white gloves and assembly are available for an additional fee. Please contact our service team. When you select assembly service of the product you are automatically upgraded to premium service which includes delivery of the product to the room of your choice.

Shipping Quotes

If your city is not listed above, that means that we do not deliver to you, however if you are willing to pay for shipping, please email us your item(s) and your address and we will get back to you in 1-2 days with a quotation for shipping your order to either a nearby warehouse (if you can pickup) or to your home. 

Assembly and Packaging Removal Service

The Assembly service is separate from the delivery service and is offered in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are uninterested in this additional service, all products come with assembly instructions when needed.

 

As the Assembly Service is separate from the Delivery Service, they may be scheduled at different times. We apologize for any inconveniences this may incur.

Please make sure that any room in which you will be having furniture items assembled is free of all furniture and residents at the time of delivery. 

Assembly service fees

You can find the assembly fees for each product when shopping. Please select the assembly options available.

 

Pickup:

 

To collect your merchandise, please bring your sales bill/receipt and a valid photo I.D. Additionally, we will take an imprint of your credit card and require the card holder’s signature.

If you’re sending a courier for pickup, they must provide the sales bill/receipt, a copy of the credit card used (both sides), and a valid photo I.D. We will also take an imprint of the copy of the credit card and require the courier’s signature.

Please note that merchandise picked up may be in cartons and may require assembly. Due to this, we are unable to unpack cartons or assemble merchandise at our distribution center.

Ensure your vehicle is suitable for the size of the merchandise. We are not responsible for loading, tie-down, or safe transportation of merchandise to your home. Damage during transit is not covered under warranty, and we cannot accept returns for such damage.
